As a data subject you have the following rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):
- Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we process about you
- Right to rectification — we will correct inaccurate or incomplete data at your request
- Right to erasure — under the conditions set by law you can request deletion of your data (e.g. account cancellation)
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability — we will provide your data in a structured, commonly used format
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk), if you believe the processing of your data infringes the GDPR

International data transfer
Part of the processing (especially the computationally intensive AI transcription) may take place on servers outside the European Economic Area. In that case we ensure an adequate level of protection through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or another appropriate mechanism under the GDPR.
